call for artists poster, february 2025

in fall of 2024, i was approached by our gallery director, caleb fey to co-jury a student art show in the helen e. copeland gallery, to be shown in february and march of 2025. luckily for me, this didn't interfere with my study abroad duties and i was able to be at the reception right before leaving
my other juror was my colleague jade lowder and while jade and i bickered about what pieces to choose, the three of us collaborated on the placement of the art throughout the gallery
at the reception, march 6, jade and i handed out prizes for first, second, and third place
fun fact: after the show, i independantly purchased a piece from a student, making it her first ever sale
